Flashed in Australia.
Initially Flashed was available in Australia at retail stores and climbing gyms. However with the cost of international shipping, duty, GST, freight, storage, Quarantine and a myriad of other expenses drove the final price to the consumer up into the stratosphere, if not higher. Thus we decided to sell directly to the consumer via our website to make prices more reasonable.
We regret we had to do this and greatly appreciate all the support we received from the start from retailers and gyms, but in the end, it was just not feasible for Flashed, the retailers or the consumer.

Flashed has been making climbing gear in Calgary, Canada since 1996. Available in Canada, Japan, Europe, USA and now here in Australia.
At Flashed we’ve tested and thrashed our bouldering products in many different ways and many different places around the world. We’ve also learned (the hard way) to focus on the little innovations to help the overall performance of the entire product by going the extra distance.
Flashed Australia is located in northern NSW on the granite tablelands of New England, halfway between Brisbane and Sydney.
Flashed mats are designed by climbers, tested by climbers, for climbers. We know mats. Thrashed on one side of the globe to the other, you can be sure you are getting the best quality mat available on the market today.
